なかないでください
(Naka nai de kudasai)
Please don't cry.
Without a word
Those lips trembled and
Tears which glisten like morning dewdrops,
Fall so much like raindrops,
Spilled over your eyes.
They tempt me to brush them off your cheeks
And to shower kisses upon your face
While holding you in a tight embrace
So no more will you weep.
なかないでください
Please don't cry
But if you must need to
Let me cry with you.
Okay, so I sort of failed with this one. It didn't quite turn out like I wanted it to... I have all these ideas but just can't get it out >.<
This is a free poetry request (still on-going, until April 1st) - information here Fav this journal for a free poem for you + KIRIBANI'm just one of those people who need something to do. Heh, what am I saying? I've got a tonne of homework and yet I don't want to do it. This is how the game goes:

Add this journal to your favourites and I'll write a poem based on your username.

Pretty simple, huh?

Promotion

:bulletgreen: Write a journal about me, promoting my free poem requests and I will give you a llama! Just remember to comment below with a link to your journal. :bulletpurple: If I can get a lot of favourites, then the following can take place: For every 50th person who favourites my journal, I will do a poem request of their choice. But of course, there are some rules:

Rules

:bulletblue: You have to favourite this journal BEFORE Easter (April 1st). Any favourites after it will not be counted. :bulletpink: If you change your username before I write your poem, then the poem will be based on your new username. :bulletblue: Don't ask me when I'm going

Written for :iconnaku-kun:

So the first idea that came to mind when I saw the username was "naku" which is the Japanese verb for "to cry". I know that I had written "naka nai" which is actually the plain negative form of "to cry" - think of it as meaning "don't cry".
"Kun" is an honorific, usually added to the end of boys' names to show familiarity or to denote lower status. (Those of you who read lots of manga or watch lots of anime will be familiar with this!)
